Unfortunately, with such a rough, bumpy surface, pebbledash isn’t really suitable for painting. The various peaks, troughs and sharp edges are a nightmare to paint – and the results are rarely good.

Go with that theme. Do the trim in a lighter shade of blue , if the siding is paintable maybe do that in white to complement and bring out the stucco. I would see about replacing the deck railing too. Then clean up the planter in front of the cars. Shape the bushes plant some flowers around it etc.

The best paint to use is Dulux weather shield masonary paint which is available in lots of different colours. You will need to work the paint into all the pebble-dash. It is a long difficult job, but I guarantee you it gives the nicest finish. I have painted well over 300 houses this way and when I look at them years later they still look good.
