Dragon Riding is a new feature in Skyrim: Dragonborn that allows the player to tame and ride Dragons. Once you have all three words, simply find a Dragon, either in the wild or at a Dragon Lair, and use the shout on the Dragon, much like you would using the Dragonrend Shout.
What is included in the Dragonborn DLC?

Can you ride Odahviing again?
While at his maximum level he has the same status as an Ancient Dragon. You are able to ride Odahviing with the Dragonborn expansion. However, it is also possible to keep him around long enough to use Bend Will after using Call Dragon.
