Object-oriented Programming

Object-oriented programming (OOP) is a programming style characterized by identifying classes of objects that are closely related to the methods (functions) with which they are associated. It also includes ideas for method and attribute inheritance. It is a method based on the mathematical discipline called abstract data types to store data with necessary procedures to process that data. OOP offers the opportunity to take programming to a higher level of abstraction.
