One Inch Margins

What does 1 inch Marine mean?

Hello!

This means that your teacher does not want you to write on paper. You want me to write 1 from the left side of the paper and 1 from the right side of the page. 1 inch from the bottom of the page, 1 inch from the top of the paper. And between the coast and 1 is called the sea.

If you are doing this on a computer, you can follow someone else's instructions.

If you are writing by hand, you can take a ruler and measure 1 inch from the left side of the page and draw a line with a light colored pencil, then do the same for all sides of the paper. Just write in the box. That way, you keep your work organized and your teacher can comment in the space that you, for example,

Once you have an idea, you don't need to measure.

In your notebook, on the left side of each page, you will see a line called Horizontal Sea. March 1 is usually 1 inch long.

If you are drawing on a cut sheet, you must draw an inch margin on the left side of the design sheet.

... either or ...

If you are working on old school paper! ...

Draw a pencil line one inch from the long edge on both sides.

This is your march.

Proofreading from Mars is easier because your teacher can make notes about Mars on both sides of your text.

All of this means that the text is one inch on each piece of paper. Computers are usually configured this way, but if not, it's easy to fix.

You will need to draw a 1 inch border around the paper.
