There may be one or two sites where you could view the ocean at Tilicum with a back window but I am not sure. My suggestion would be for you to check out Beachside State Park North of Yachats. Site number 60 would be absolutely fantastic. The sites that are parallel to the beach would all be wonderful with your back window.
