Who owns UEPI island?
The owners of the resort, Jill and Grant Kelly, are great believers in giving back to the local communities around the lagoon. As well as providing employment for the 50 staff, they train their employees on-site, and are involved in a number of local projects supporting the development of health and education.
How to get to Uepi island?
How to Get There. It is located on a private island on the edge of the Marovo Lagoon. Travel from Honiara requires a 60-minute flight via light seaplane, then a 12km boat ride through the lagoon on an outboard engine-powered canoe.
