He likes to rub his face and roll on his back and groan hahaha.

My dog did the same on our $ 900 mat, using it as a towel.

Well I do it after every meal, first he wipes his face and second I think he is sick and happy. But he never cries after eating. Why don't you call a doctor and see?
Is it the first time or always after a meal?
Hahaha my dog did the same ... he turned and started barking at himself. I asked my doctor and he said some dogs have weird hats =)
