Why is my SimpliSafe entry sensor offline?

This issue is generally caused by one of the following: The battery or batteries in the device issuing the error need to be replaced. The device is too far away from your Base Station and is unable to communicate from its current location.

We recommend wiping the area down with an alcohol-based or other household cleaning supply to make sure it’s clear of any dust or dirt. Once the area is thoroughly dry, simply peel the paper backing off of the adhesives and press the sensor firmly to the wall for 30 seconds.
