I tried it and was surprised to find that the card does not work, unfortunately if you are from another country it will not work.
However, the best thing about PS3 is that you can create another PSN account on Caa and then deposit money and buy things from this account. If you do not download it from this account, you can run it on another account on your PS3: D.
